Frequently asked questions

Does your pricing include delivery and set up?

Absolutley, all pricing includes delivery, setup, take down, and a team member to help make sure everything goes according to plan during your event.

Where areas do you service for movie night rentals?

We currently serve Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties in New York and Fairfield, Litchfield, and New Haven Counties in Connecticut. Depending on where you live outside of that area additional travel fees may apply for your event.

What is your weather policy?

We understand that weather happens and is completely out of anyones control. We monitor weather using The Weather Channel app. This is the only app that we use when determining if an event can go on or not. Generally, we do not set up in inclement weather. This includes rain, high winds (above 10 MPH), and any other weather events that may be deemed dangerous to your guests or our equipment. If we see that there is a chance of rain above 25% on your event day we reserve the right to cancel the event if outside or not under a tent. We monitor the weather every day up until your event and will be in communication with you so that there are no surprises. If we need to cancel your event due to weather we will try our best to reschedule the event but if we are not able to your deposit will be refunded in full.

Do you charge a deposit to reserve a package?

Yes, a $75 deposit is required to reserve a event. If you need to cancel your event with greater than 14 days before the event we will refund your deposit in full. If you need to cancel your event within 14 days of the event we can try to reschedule your event for another day in the future but the deposit is not refundable.

What if there is no power at my event location?

Our equipment can run off of generators. You are welcome to bring your own or you can rent one from us to bring. Generator rentals are $75/event plus $3.50/gallon of gas.

When do you arrive for an event?

Typically our team tries to arrive 45-60 minutes before an event start time. This allows us plenty of time to get set up and allow for any unexpected challanges in setting up. This window may be shortened but we do not consider our team late unless the movie does not start at the given event start time.

What is the best start time for an outdoor movie?

The best time to start a movie varies during the year. Typically we start movies just after sunset when it is dark enough to provide for a great viewing experience. Often during the summer this can be as late as 9pm. Spring and fall events can sometimes get started as early as 7:30pm. To get an estimate of start times you can use this site,
